My new MP3 player is a bit flakey. It doesn't turn on or shut down properly. Plus the Library is a bit wack. So, blast, it looks like it's going to have to be sent back for a refund. Sulk.

1st one's headphone socket went phut
2nd one froze up one day
Luckily both happened within warranty which I'm now out of..
Back up your contents to your hard drive and get a replacement from the nice people in Dublin...
Or get a refund and a tape or CD walkman...no bollocksy software to contend with on those babies!!
Yeah, but I am still dragging my heels that I am not using it properly (i.e. that I'm doing something wrong). However I'm pretty tech-savvy so I shouldn't think that. I'll give it another week, and if it's still mis-behaving it'll be sent back.
